Be Happy Get Wealthy

We now know that wealth and happiness are linked.  But few studies have looked at the idea that getting happy can then lead to more wealth.  Here’s why the evidence is clear and what you can do to start this quest today.  Working to be happier is like working on your investments.  Be happier, get wealthier.  They follow together, all things being equal.  Here are five essential points to remember with an accessible way to start.

1. Most studies now show that wealth and happiness are linked.  It’s a fact.

2. If you are happy, your motivation is genuine.  You are at peace with yourself, and it is contagious to others around you.

3. As you increase your level of deep happiness, more people around you experience joy and are more likely to want to do business with you.

4. Happiness increases your levels of physical and mental health.  When you are healthier, your thoughts are clear, you are more focused, and you can work very hard without fatigue.

5. Self-confidence improves with happiness.  When you are more self-confident, you are more successful and attractive to others.  Higher confidence means that you are comfortable taking calculated risks, those needed to be successful.
