Update on Newsletter Just Sent

Today's newsletter was originally written in July. I had archived it as I wasn’t sure it should be released with specific stock ideas. However, when I hit “unarchive” today to edit, it was sent to all subscribers.

Here is the edit that should have appeared in the newsletter.

Just yesterday, Dream Residential announced that it had been purchased by Morgan Properties for an 18% premium to the previous day's close. As a result, I sold all my holdings in Dream and purchased more of Morguard North American Residential REIT and Vital Hub.
